Our client, a dedicated public service organization, is seeking a Telecommunications Manager to join their team. As a Telecommunications Manager, you will be part of the Emergency Services Department supporting critical communication operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Williamston, NC

**Pay Range:** $48000 - $75000

Shift:

What's the Job?

+ Plan, organize, and supervise the emergency 911 telecommunications program for the County, including Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), Law Enforcement, and Fire Service.

+ Supervise staff providing twenty-four-hour emergency communications services.

+ Develop short-term and long-term plans for electronics equipment and systems needs for the County.

+ Develop and administer yearly operating and capital budgets.

+ Coordinate services and changes with police, sheriff, EMS departments, and fire departments, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
