Our client, an industry leader in agricultural production, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing and processing department supporting seed production, harvest, and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Technician

**Location:** Rushville, IN

**Pay Range:** Suggested pay rate of $19.50 + shift differential; weekly schedule includes 40 hours with overtime as needed for harvest seasons.

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available: 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM). All associates will start on day shift during onboarding.

What's the Job?

+ Operate and support seed processing and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

+ Assist with harvest activities, including unloading trucks and inspecting crops for quality.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas through 5S practices.

+ Support inventory management, labeling, tagging, and staging seed for shipment.

+ Perform warehouse activities such as forklift operation, loading, and unloading carriers.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment, following safety protocols.

+ Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.

+ Basic math skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.

+ Willingness to work long hours and rotational shifts, including overtime as needed.

+ Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
