Our client, a leader in the Clinical Diagnostics industry, is seeking a Junior Manufacturing Project Manager to join their team. As a Junior Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations supporting project execution and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Junior Manufacturing Project Manager

**Location:** Middletown, VA 100% onsite

Pay Range: $28 to $35 p/h w-2

**Duration:** 6 month contract

What's the Job?

+ Lead detailed planning and management of operations activities across multiple projects to ensure timely completion.

+ Develop solutions and strategies for complex or novel situations within manufacturing processes.

+ Track project status meticulously, acting with urgency to expedite critical tasks and milestones.

+ Manage project artifacts such as project plans, midterm reviews, closeout reports, and lessons learned documentation.

+ Communicate project updates effectively to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners through scheduled meetings and reports.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.

+ At least 2 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong organizational, planning, and process development skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.

+ Ability to self-manage, motivate, and pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
