Our client, a leading organization in the public utility sector, is seeking a Water Department Director to join their team. As a Water Department Director, you will be part of the municipal services supporting the community and ensuring the efficient management of water resources. What's the Job?

+ Oversee daily operations of the water department, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

+ Develop and implement strategic plans to improve water quality and infrastructure.

+ Manage departmental budgets, resources, and personnel effectively.

+ Coordinate with community stakeholders and government agencies to support water-related initiatives.

+ Lead emergency response efforts related to water system issues and ensure safety protocols are followed.
