Paralegal – Plaintiff Personal Injury (Houston, TX)

A well-established plaintiff personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking a skilled and motivated **Paralegal** to join our team. This is a full-time position offering a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of injured clients.

Responsibilities:

+ Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

+ Manage case files from intake through settlement or trial

+ Coordinate medical records and bills, and communicate with providers

+ Assist attorneys with trial preparation and calendaring deadlines

+ Maintain client contact and provide updates throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury law

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
