Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Machine Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** 2nd shift Machine Operator

**Location:** Rochester, MN

**Pay Range:** $21

**Shift:** 12:30PM - 9:00PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output

+ Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions

+ Monitor machines and specialized equipment for defects or malfunctions that could impact product quality

+ Follow safety policies, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent

+ At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar roles

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in diverse environmental conditions

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation
