Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated REMOTE Call Center CSR CA Only to join their dynamic team. As a REMOTE Call Center CSR CA Only, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, providing exceptional service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.
**Job Title:** REMOTE Call Center CSR CA Only
**Location:** El Segundo, CA (Remote)
**Pay Range:** $21.00hr
**Shift:** 11:30am to 8:00pm Eastern Time
What's the Job?
+ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information
+ Assist customers with account management, billing, and service-related questions
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
+ Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently
+ Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating professionalism and empathy
What's Needed?
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Availability to work the specified shift hours
+ No prior experience required; training will be provided
