Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Sumter, SC

**Pay Range:** $52000 - $65000

**Shift:** 12-hour 2-2-3 pattern (Panama) shift 6:45-7:00 (can be either days or nights) including every other weekend

What's the Job?

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.

+ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues efficiently.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

+ Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and safety standards.

What's Needed?

+ 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

+ Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

+ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Good communication skills and attention to detail.

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
