    Our client, a leading organization in the contact center solutions industry, is seeking a Genesys IVR Software Engineer (Pennington) to join their dynamic team. As a Genesys IVR Software Engineer (Pennington), you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting innovative IVR solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Genesys IVR Software Engineer (Pennington)

    **Location:** Pennington, NJ (Local only 3 days on-site)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Develop and implement complex IVR solutions using Genesys and Nuance technologies.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality contact center applications.

    + Test and support IVR applications in a cloud environment to ensure optimal performance.

    + Design systems aligned with business goals and best practices for coding and quality control.

    + Participate in solution development, deployment, and troubleshooting activities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in IVR or full-stack programming.

    + Experience with Speech-enabled IVR development using Genesys or Nuance frameworks is a plus.

    + Proficiency in Java/JavaScript and Eclipse SDK.

    + Familiarity with deploying contact center solutions in private or public cloud environments.

    + Experience with MS Azure or OpenShift platforms is desirable.
