Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a W2 hybrid contract opportunity based in Mequon, WI, requiring an on-site presence at least twice per week. The position centers on recruiting for skilled trades and labor roles within the manufacturing sector.

    Required

    * Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience in the manufacturing industry.

    * Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    Nice to Have

    * Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
