Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. **Location:** Romulus, MI

Pay Range:

**Shift:** First Shift (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

What's the Job?

+ Interact with customers to provide information about products and services

+ Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally

+ Determine customer issues and offer appropriate solutions or follow-up actions

+ Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

+ Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Experience with computer applications such as MS Outlook or data entry software is a plus
