Our client, a utility service provider, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Raleigh, NC
**Pay Range:** $19.00 - $24.00 an hour
**Shift:** Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
What's the Job?
+ Answer, process, and direct customer calls efficiently and professionally
+ Understand billing policies and procedures to resolve customer inquiries
+ Interact with operations to issue various customer notices and updates
+ Perform data entry and processing of meter readings, service orders, and payments
+ Update and maintain accurate customer account information
What's Needed?
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
+ Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
+ Data entry experience and attention to detail
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
