    Our client is seeking a Crew Supervisor to join their team. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance and operations department supporting electrical and mechanical craft teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Crew Supervisor II

    **Location:** Alcoa, TN

    **Pay Range:** $40

    **Shift:** Will start on the day shift for training, then move to graveyard (5pm to 5am), with a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off schedule, working every other weekend.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead and supervise craft electrical and mechanical employees in a manufacturing environment

    + Provide technical troubleshooting to identify maintenance issues and develop effective solutions

    + Offer technical leadership and training to mechanical and electrical craft teams

    + Coordinate small teams of production employees to ensure smooth operations

    + Support plant maintenance and operational goals through proactive leadership

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience in an industrial setting

    + Supervisory experience or leadership skills in a manufacturing environment

    + Knowledge of hydraulics and PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable

    + Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn all aspects of plant operations

    + Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and graveyard shifts
