    Our client, a leading legal services provider specializing in securities litigation, is seeking a Sr. Paralegal/Case Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Paralegal/Case Manager, you will be part of the Litigation Department supporting the legal team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

    Pay Range:

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with conducting legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, BloombergLaw, AlphaSense, and other systems

    + Proofread, cite-check, fact-check briefs, complaints, and other legal documents

    + Prepare, finalize, and file court documents in accordance with court rules

    + Organize and track case files, maintain reference materials, and manage document productions

    + Support depositions, hearings, trials, and client meetings by coordinating schedules and preparing exhibits

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    + 5-12 years of litigation paralegal experience in federal district courts, including multidistrict litigation

    + Experience managing multiple cases during large-scale discovery and organizing productions with legal teams

    + Proficiency in e-filing federal district court documents using PACER

    + Strong skills in cite checking and Bluebook formatting, with excellent research capabilities using various legal research tools
