    Our client, a leading organization in the Construction & Engineering industry, is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisitions to join their dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisitions, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting critical integration and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** IT Project Manager- Mergers and Acquisitions

    **Location:** Westminster or Centennial, CO

     

    Pay Range:** $125,000 **What's the Job?

     

    + Lead IT projects related to mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding and integration efforts

    + Manage ERP system transitions and software implementations

    + Collaborate with construction operations teams to ensure alignment and build strong relationships

    + Drive process improvement initiatives to close operational gaps

    + Support enhancements to internal ticketing systems and facilitate change management across departments

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience in IT project management, particularly in ERP implementations

    + Exposure to M&A processes and integration support

    + Understanding of construction management and operations

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments

    + Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
