    Our client, located on Cleveland's west side, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resource Specialist, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Human Resource Specialist

    **Location:** Cleveland, OH

    **Pay Range:** $25

    **Shift:** Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Coordinate and support administrative functions within the Human Resources department

    + Assist in developing, implementing, and administering HR policies, programs, and procedures

    + Manage personnel records related to benefits, compensation, leave, and retirement

    + Support compensation and benefits program administration and vendor selection

    + Execute core HR processes such as onboarding, exit interviews, leave administration, and OSHA reporting

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience with Workday or similar HR systems

    + Generalist HR experience with 3-5 years preferred

    + Knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation

    + Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
