    Test Technician (Return Merchandise Authorization) Job Duties

    * Performing troubleshooting analysis on advanced, ruggedized computer configurations.

    * Performing physical server repairs.

    * Following build manuals, written instructions, defined best practices, and guidelines in quality assurance for wiring, cabling, and system configuration.

    * Completing required information for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, defective equipment, and updating the repair status correctly and in detail within ERP.

    * Completing final computer testing as determined by internal scripts.

    * Assuming final responsibility for quality and quantity of servers repaired.

    * Carefully transporting computers to and from stations per quality and safety guidelines.

    Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience:

    * High School Diploma or equivalent.

    * 1+ years" experience.

    * Experience troubleshooting skills.

    * Experience in testing Ruggedized Computing Systems.

    * Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    * Strong ability to follow written, verbal, and visual work instructions.

    * Ability to work with minimum supervision.

    * Ability to effectively work under pressure in a multitasking environment.

    * Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism under pressure.

    * Basic reading, writing English, and strong arithmetic skills.

    * US Citizenship.

    * Ability to transport computers, up to 50 lbs., to and from stations using provided wheeled carts

    * Preferred qualifications- associate"s degree. Computer certifications.
