- Successful applicants will be expected to relocate to their team location upon starting at Amazon.
- Role and team placement are based on business needs and as Amazon continues to grow and flex, we are looking for candidates who want to own, build and impact the customer experience rather than are tied to a specific role or team.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive cross-functional programs with significant organizational impact
- Develop holistic program strategies and tactically guide teams toward strategic objectives
- Analyze complex data sets and drive quantifiable improvements
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to prioritize and advance critical business initiatives
- Identify and mitigate potential operational gaps and risks across teams and systems

Basic Qualifications
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum
- Currently enrolled in MBA program with expected graduation conferral date between December 2026 – June 2027
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies
- Experience owning and leading significant projects from concept to deployment
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Supply chain and project management background
- Demonstrated capability in multitasking and project prioritization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in dynamic, rapidly changing environments
- 3-5 years of relevant full-time industry or military experience, which occurred between the conferral date from your undergraduate program and prior to starting your MBA or master’s program

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $55.48/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $88.94/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
