    **Position:** Physical Therapist Assistant (Part-Time to Full-Time)

    **Location:** NovaCare Rehabilitation – Dundalk, Maryland

     

    Compensation:** Starting at **$29.00/hour

     

    Join our **NovaCare outpatient orthopedic center in Dundalk, Maryland** , and become part of a respected clinical team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages and abilities.

     

    We’re seeking a **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)** with a passion for orthopedics. Ideally, candidates will have **at least one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics.** We’re open to **new graduates** who are eager to learn and grow under the guidance of our experienced physical therapists.

    Our clinic provides a wide range of specialty services, including:

    + **Neuro rehabilitation**

    + **Vestibular therapy**

    + **Concussion management**

    + **Sports medicine**

    + **Oncology rehab (ReVital)**

    + **Dry needling**

    + **Fall prevention**

    + **General orthopedics**

     

    We focus on **personalized treatments** that restore function and help patients return to the activities they love—whether that’s sports, work, or everyday life.

    Schedule:

    + **Part-Time:** Consistent hours, **3 PM–7 PM twice a week** in Dundalk.

    + **Full-Time (32+ hours):** Available if you're open to traveling to nearby clinics in **Baltimore and Harford counties** .

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

    + Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures

    + Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

    Qualifications

    + College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program

    + Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE

    + Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)

    + CPR certification
