    THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trojan Technologies is seeking a strategic and influential Senior Director/ Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to partner with senior leaders in building a culture of continuous improvement and delivering transformative results. This executive will play a pivotal role in driving breakthroughs in operational excellence, commercial growth, productivity, and process innovation, ensuring that VES principles are embedded in leadership at every level. Reporting directly to the President of Trojan Technologies, this leader will guide, develop, and expand a high-impact VES team, aligning its efforts with the organization’s strategic priorities and operational objectives.

    This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned executive to shape Trojan’s next chapter by embedding the principles, tools, and mindset that drive long-term, sustainable success. The ideal leader will not only champion the integration of VES across the business but also serve as a catalyst for performance, innovation, and cultural alignment across the enterprise.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop Trojan VES Culture, Organization, and Capabilities

    + Build and maintain a strong VES culture at Trojan, where associates have positive engagement with VES and feel empowered to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization

    + Shape a strong culture of Daily/Visual Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving, and Kaizen

    + Assess OpCo-wide and functional VES maturity and develop prioritized VES roadmaps to address gaps

    + Identify and build-out VES org structure that will meet Trojan OpCo needs, including a team consisting of direct reports, as well as matrixed associates throughout other functions

    + Work closely with Trojan President and L1 team to identify and execute effective ways to prioritize and drive accountability throughout the OpCo (including in L1 Ops/PD meetings)

    + Help L1 Leaders improve their VES Organizational structure and capability and build strong VESL funnel through facilitation of talent pipeline (e.g., chess-boarding, pipeline and succession discussions)

    + Build and manage VES certified practitioner funnel to address Trojan VES gaps and ongoing needs, ensure existing VES certified practitioners are being effectively deployed

    Drive Results through Effective Leadership and Deployment of VES

    + Work with President and L1 team to develop and maintain L1 KPIs and hold the team accountable when KPIs are not meeting plan

    + Help President develop thoughtful agendas for Operational reviews, Senior Management Team forums, Kaizen planning, and general OpCo-wide prioritization

    + Manage Trojan Kaizen/Event funnel, ensuring events are well planned, well resourced, and well executed; and ensure that all Kaizens are sustained

    + Facilitate Trojan’s Strategy enablement process to ensure initiatives are funded, resourced and run with process rigor to achieve sustainable results

    + Facilitate installation and ongoing execution of Policy Deployment, ensuring OpCo unlocks breakthrough results

    + Facilitate installation and ongoing execution of Growth Rooms and other strategic growth tools

    + Organize and facilitate CEO Kaizens, President Kaizens, Shin Kaizens and other events with elevated visibility and/or impact expectations

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + BS/BA in Business or Engineering; MS/MBA preferred

    + 10+ years of direct, hands-on experience with continuous improvement operating models (e.g., VES, DBS, Lean Six Sigma, TPS), with prior experience at Danaher, Veralto, or an affiliate strongly preferred

    + 5-10+ years of senior leadership experience in commercial and/or operations roles, with a background spanning both disciplines preferred

    + Proven track record of success in global environments; additional language fluency beyond English is advantageous

    + Skilled in leveraging business metrics and analytics to inform decisions and deliver measurable results

    + Experienced in training, coaching, and developing talent in continuous improvement methodologies across diverse teams and functions

    + Recognized for driving cultural transformation within teams, functions, and organizations to achieve sustained performance improvement

    LOCATION

    + Remote with 50% travel to London, Ontario, Canada and other Trojan global locations

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

     

    The compensation range for this role is $200000 - $275000 USD per year.

     

    We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
