Supports the strategic and operational execution of the Intern Program in partnership with the junior talent management colleague. Plays a key role in designing and delivering program experiences such as fireside chats, hackathons, mid-program check-ins, and showcases. Leads intern-led committees (e.g., Social, Yearbook), fostering engagement and community throughout the program lifecycle.
Owns onboarding and offboarding processes, and drives pre-program engagement to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for incoming interns. Responsible for tracking and adjudicating intern feedback to inform continuous improvement. Maintains a strong emphasis on documentation to support program scalability and reusability in future years.
While not directly responsible for creating training content, reviews and supports training efforts for stakeholders involved in the Intern Program. Assists the program lead with reporting and communications and manages inquiries through the Intern Program mailbox.
Job Description:
Program Design & Execution
+ Collaborate on the design and delivery of core program experiences, including fireside chats, hackathons, mid-program check-ins, and showcases.
+ Lead intern committees such as Social and Yearbook, fostering engagement and community throughout the program.
Intern Experience & Lifecycle Management
+ Own onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for interns entering and exiting the program.
+ Drive pre-program engagement activities to build excitement and connection before the program begins.
+ Track and adjudicate intern feedback to inform program improvements and future planning.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
+ Maintain strong documentation practices to support program continuity and reusability in future years.
+ Contributes to the development of program materials, guides, and process documentation.
Training & Stakeholder Support
+ Review and support training efforts for stakeholders involved in the Intern Program, ensuring alignment and readiness.
+ Assist the program lead in preparing reports and communications for internal and executive audiences.
Communications & Operations
+ Respond to inquiries from the Intern Program mailbox, providing timely and professional support.
+ Support the program lead in managing reporting and communications across stakeholder groups.

Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
+ 2 + years of experience supporting early talent or internship programs in a corporate setting.
+ Experience coordinating events and managing program logistics in a fast-paced environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to support the design and execution of structured program experiences (e.g., fireside chats, hackathons, showcases).
+ Experience leading or supporting intern-led committees and engagement activities.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and respond professionally to inquiries.
+ Experience supporting reporting and communications for internal and executive audiences.
+ Proven ability to create and maintain clear, reusable documentation to support program continuity and scalability.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
+ Familiarity with reviewing training materials and supporting stakeholder readiness, even if not directly responsible for content creation
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Familiarity with intern engagement strategies, including virtual and hybrid program delivery.
+ Experience facilitating or supporting employee resource groups, social committees, or peer-led initiatives.
+ Ability to analyze feedback data and translate insights into actionable program improvements.
+ Exposure to onboarding/offboarding processes and intern lifecycle management.
+ Comfort working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
+ Experience with project management or event planning tools is a plus
+ Program management (PgMP) or project management (CAPM, PMP) Certifications
+ Talent development certification (APTD or CPTD)
+ Experience in IT, health care, or insurance environments
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms) is a plus.
Additional Information:
Qualified candidates are required to live within commutable distance for a hybrid (~3 days in-office) work arrangement.

Some travel may be required based upon candidates' location. Travel anticipated not to exceed 4 weeks annually.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$78,400 - $107,800 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
