Summary/Objective
Associate holds the responsibility for the accurate and efficient completion of the defined order fulfillment process, which may include material handling, selection, identification, verification, placement, staging, labeling, and shipping of required product as directed.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Transports, selects, identifies, verifies, packages, labels, and places product(s) into shipping container(s) and/or ships (loads) product(s) as required.
2. Details actual tasks vs. expected tasks thru the comparison of picking and/or packing lists to customer documents.
3. Recount product before shipment to ensure accuracy.
4. Labels and addresses product as required and transports product to the staging area of the shipping department.
5. Ensures product(s) meet(s) all requirements before packing and shipping.
6. Handles all products according to customer and employer procedures.
7. Communicates effectively with Warehouse, Management, Co-workers, and Customers.
Special Requirements or Call outs: (ex: standing for long hours, lifting requirements, etc.)
• Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks as necessary.
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Language Requirements
• Ability to hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate.
Physical and Mental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is:
• Continuously required to stand and lift 10-25 lbs. depending on business needs.
• Continuously required to grasp and handle objects and work around moving machinery.
• Frequently required to bend, walk, and reach above the shoulder.
• Occasionally required to squat/kneel, twist/turn, work in varying temperatures depending upon the season, and perform repetitive wrist motion.
Additional Information
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work may be required throughout the year.
• May be required to work various shifts on short notice.

Education/Certification Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience requirements: (ex: entry level, 5 years, etc.)
Material handling equipment experience, including stand up forklifts, order pickers, walkie riders, reach trucks, stretch wrappers, scales, and various types of packaging equipment (Preferred)
• Forklift and Reach/Order Picker certification (Required)
• Must possess a high energy level and be willing and eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred).
• Must be detailed oriented and be able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.
Minimum Physical Requirements
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work may be required throughout the year.
• May be required to work various shifts on short notice.
• Position requires associates to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to manually lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, but may require the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. assisted
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per week
