    **Location:** Sumner, WA

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

    **Pay Rate:** $26.25/hr (26.00/hr)

    **Job Type:** Full-Time

     

    Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer of concrete accessories in Sumner, WA to hire a **Machine Operator** for a specialized **non-CNC (analog)** machine used in production operations. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality work.

     

    We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in **metal fabrication** and a strong understanding of **mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems** . If you enjoy problem-solving in a fast-paced, production-driven environment, this role could be a perfect fit.

    Responsibilities:

    + Operate and maintain a specialized analog machine to manufacture concrete snap ties

    + Load raw materials such as steel rods and wire coils into the machine

    + Monitor production and inspect parts for quality and accuracy

    + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed

    + Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications

    + Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in metal fabrication

    + Strong working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

    + Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints

    + Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

    + Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods

    + Team-oriented with strong communication skills

    **Pay Details:** $26.25 per hour
