Adecco is assisting a manufacturing client in recruiting for a Production Associate position in Redding, CA. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:

The Production Associate may work in intricate;

• Sanding and grinding parts in accordance with specifications, drawings, or instructions.

• Mechanical Assembly and parts prep

• Complete bar-coded transactions and other documentation legibly, timely, and accurately.

• Assume active role in ensuring quality results by adhering to instructions and specifications.

• Report discrepancies in materials or workmanship as they are identified.

• Operate hand and power tools

• Small Part Assembly following kits/ schematics

• Material Handling

EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• Work will be performed in a high paced, concentrated environment.

• Work will be performed standing for up to 8 hours/day, require speed, mobility, precise dexterity, hand eye coordination, and concentration.

• Previous Experience in Manufacturing / Assembly, Mechanical Inspection, or Tooling would be helpful.

• Must have a strong passion for producing a quality product, sound judgement and decision making.

• Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

PAY/SCHEDULE:

• Pay for this position is $17.50/hour to start.

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
