Adecco is hiring a **Customer Service Representative** on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry! This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to multiple facets of a growing business. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about providing top-tier client support.
**Shift:** Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
**Pay Rate:** $20-24/hr
**Type:** Contract to hire
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide timely support for purchase order questions, from entry to resolution.
+ Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
+ Use tools like Salesforce, Oracle, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams to manage orders and client communication.
+ Participate in quoting functions as needed.
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across customer experience, products, and internal processes.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Associate’s degree preferred.
+ Strong familiarity with purchase order processes—including entry, tracking, and resolution.
+ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
+ Professional phone etiquette and strong problem-solving capabilities.
+ High attention to detail with a focus on customer success.
+ Comfortable working independently and within a team.
+ Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar platforms is a plus.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
