    **Job Title:** Assembly Worker

    **Location:** Fishkill, NY

    **Pay Rate:** $20–$23/hour (based on experience)

    **Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time | Immediate Start

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Workers to join our team in Fishkill, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for general production tasks, assembly work, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform assembly and production tasks according to established guidelines

    + Inspect and handle materials to ensure quality standards are met

    + Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow safety protocols and company procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred, but not required

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

    + Strong work ethic and reliability

    + Must be able to wear safety boots

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
