Job Summary
We’re hiring **Operator I** associates to join a fast-paced production team in **Sterling, VA** ! This role involves following recipes and procedures to prepare food using the sous vide cooking method. If you enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
+ Follow all food preparation and safety procedures.
+ Accurately measure and weigh raw and prepared ingredients.
+ Verify raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.
+ Operate and monitor equipment such as Theramix and Multivac machines.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
+ Record production and quality data as required.
+ Comply with all safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (Spanish a plus).
+ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
+ Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
+ Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
+ Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (45°F to -10°F).
+ Previous experience in culinary, food preparation, or manufacturing preferred but not required.
Work Environment
+ Cold and temperature-controlled areas (+45°F to -10°F).
+ Fast-paced, team-oriented production floor.
+ Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards required at all times.

**Pay Details:** $14.50 per hour
