    Responsibilities:

    + Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.

    + Develop and manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business needs.

    + Collaborate with business analysts and data analytics team members to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

    + Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and seamless workflows.

    + Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Clean Energy Solutions initiatives.

    + Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Salesforce features and processes.

    + Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

    + Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features or improvements.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

    + 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred).

    + Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

    + Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange solutions.

    + Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Experience in developing Microsites in Salesforce

    + Experience writing SOQL

    **Pay Details:** $55.00 per hour
