    Key Responsibilities

    + **Sales Strategy & Execution:** Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals within a designated region.

    + **Client Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

    + **Market Analysis:** Monitor competitor activity and analyze sales data to forecast demand and identify new opportunities.

    + **Internal Coordination:** Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, production, and shipping, to ensure customer needs are met.

    + **Reporting:** Report to management on sales performance and strategies.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications

    + **Sales Expertise:** A strong understanding of sales principles and proven ability to drive revenue.

    + **Industry Knowledge:** Technical sales environment experience.

    + **Communication & Negotiation:** Excellent skills in communicating with clients and negotiating deals.

    + **Business Development:** Experience in growing business volume and expanding market share.

    + **Analytical Skills:** Ability to analyze sales data, understand market trends, and make informed forecasts.

    + **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.

    + **Education:** A degree in business or a related field is often beneficial.
