Job Title: Food Prep

Job Description:

Olsten Staffing has an immediate need for an experienced and enthusiastic Culinary Artist to provide nutritious meals and snacks for a church family, serving ages 6 months and up. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere through culinary excellence.

**Pay Rate:** Starting at $15.00 per hour (or more based on experience)

**Hours:** 30-35 hours per week, with flexibility for events

Essential Duties:

+ Plan and prepare meals and snacks for church events, meetings, and gatherings for 150-200 people.

+ Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met.

+ Set up dining areas and clean up after events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained.

+ Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies as necessary.

+ Engage with church members to create a friendly and inviting dining experience.

+ Assist in organizing special meals for holidays and community outreach events.

Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in culinary arts, catering, or food service is required.

+ Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations.

+ Ability to create diverse and appealing menus.

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

+ Passion for serving the community and fostering connections through food.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
