    Project Manager

    Job Description

    Oversee all phases of utility and sitework construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinate with clients, engineers, and municipalities to maintain compliance and resolve challenges.

    + Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, including OSHA 30 requirements.

    Essential Skills

    + 8+ years of experience in construction

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar)

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
