    About the Role

    Are you an experienced electrical technician looking to lead impactful automation and controls projects? Join our team as a Lead Electrical Technician and take charge of troubleshooting, programming, and developing control systems that keep our production lines running smoothly. This night shift position offers a unique schedule and includes a shift differential to reward your commitment to working overnight.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead electrical troubleshooting across production lines, facility equipment, and infrastructure.

    + Modify and develop PLC programs for upgrades and maintenance.

    + Design and implement control systems using sensors, motion control, and feedback loops.

    + Ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, NFPA, and OSHA standards.

    + Demonstrate and promote safe work practices at all times.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior technicians.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    + Degree in Electrical Technology or Control Systems, or 5+ years of relevant experience.

    + 4–6 years of experience in electrical controls within a manufacturing environment.

    + Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills, especially during overnight operations.

    + Familiarity with RS500, RS5000, Studio5000, and View Studio.

    + Experience with servo motors and 3-phase electrical power systems.

    + Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    Work Environment

    + 80% manufacturing floor, 20% office setting.

    + No travel required.

    + Night shift schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off.

    + Shift differential pay provided for overnight work.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27/hr.
