    We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to collaborate with design engineers and customers, ensuring that customer requirements align with system designs. You will play a crucial role in analyzing design requirements, recommending methods, and approving project designs for manufacturing.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with design engineers and customers to understand and analyze customer requirements.

    + Recommend design methods to engineers to ensure alignment with production guidelines.

    + Suggest hardware and software components to support recommended systems.

    + Approve project designs for compliance with manufacturing processes.

    + Assist in determining preliminary design and material costs for quotations.

    + Ensure schematics and models are complete and accurate before release to the shop.

    + Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing Department, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and cost constraints.

    + Coordinate with purchasing to ensure parts availability during project execution.

    + Work with design engineers, salesmen, and customers to meet project expectations.

    + Develop, debug, and start up PLC code and Man-Machine Interfaces as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production, supervision, and process improvement.

    + Proficiency in quality checks and leadership.

    + Ability to apply continuous improvement and operational strategies.

    + Strong customer relations skills.

    + Ability to apply logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

    + Ability to read and interpret documents.

    + Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, management, and staff.

    Work Environment

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.

     

    ESOP, 401K, will attach benefits

     

    Workplace Type

     

    This is a fully onsite position in Saint Louis,MO.
