    We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our team at Pax River Naval Air Station. The successful candidate will oversee a 7,000 square foot ground-up building project, including the completion of exterior facades and the transition to full interior fit-out. This role involves managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project, reviewing the scope of work, and upholding quality standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of the construction project.

    + Review the scope of work and ensure adherence to quality standards.

    + Report on project progress during meetings.

    + Maintain quality control throughout the construction process.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in quality control management in construction projects.

    + QCM certification and OSHA30 certification.

    + 5-8 years of previous federal construction experience.

    + Must be a US Citizen .

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + ARMY CORP QCM certification is required.

    + Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Patuxent River, Maryland.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $60.10/hr.
