What You’ll Bring:
+ A degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field (Associate degree with relevant experience also welcome).
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam, and general office software.
+ Bonus points for experience with website updates or social media content creation.

Your Day-to-Day:Office & Administrative Support
+ Be the friendly face of the office—greeting visitors, answering phones, and keeping the space tidy and welcoming.
+ Manage mail, shipping, and supplies.
+ Help coordinate team celebrations, events, and outings.
Marketing & Social Media
+ Work with external partners to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
+ Collect and organize content like team bios, project photos, and event highlights.
Facilities & Equipment
+ Oversee vendor relationships and ensure smooth operations for office space, IT, and equipment.
+ Track inventory and support timely payments.
Accounting Support
+ Assist with project setup and billing preferences.
+ Prepare and send invoices, manage receivables, and follow up on collections.
+ Help manage insurance policies and vendor compliance.
Human Resources
+ Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
+ Maintain personnel records and coordinate benefits.
+ Keep HR policies and handbooks up to date.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
