    Job Title: Process Engineer

    Job Description

    As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for writing and modifying batch sheets and other procedures for assigned processes. These processes involve new or existing products and require detailing the processing steps and key parameters to ensure process reliability and capability while adhering to established procedures. You will also maintain technical information and all necessary records on assigned processes such as process design, process safety, quality, yield, productivity, cost, and reliability.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop corrective and preventive action for processing failures in the areas of equipment failure, downtime, off-quality, late orders, and complaints.

    + Ensure process safety management (PSM) requirements are met.

    + Review all equipment preparation procedures prior to major maintenance, freeze-thaw, or equipment modifications.

    Essential Skills

    + Specialty Chemical Process experience.

    + BATCH processing knowledge.

    + Expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM).

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.

    + 2+ years of Process Engineering experience.

    + Experience working within chemical manufacturing.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.

    This is a fully onsite position in Blacksburg,SC.
