    Job Title: Machine Operator

     

    1st shift from 6am-3pm, Monday through Friday

     

    2nd shift from 3pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and set up various production machines, including bagging, labeling, and sealing equipment.

    + Follow the production schedule and set up machines according to the specific product requirements.

    + Utilize hand and power tools to set up machines and make necessary adjustments.

    + Troubleshoot minor machine issues before calling maintenance support.

    + Oversee and manage a team of 2-6 operators on the production line.

    + Document processes and issues using a computer system.

    + Collaborate with machine operators to resolve machine-related issues.

    + Commit to working extended hours and weekends as needed to meet production demands.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 3 years of experience in machine setup.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience overseeing a team of 2 or more people on a production line.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
