Job Title: Electronic Assembler
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Assembler I, where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of final products or subassemblies under the guidance of an experienced Assembler II. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper assembly of products using various tools and equipment, maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.
**Shift:** 5:00am to 3:30pm
**Pay:** 16 - 24/hr
Responsibilities
+ Assist or work under the guidance of an Assembler II in assembling final products or subassemblies.
+ Select proper tools, fixtures, and equipment for assembly.
+ Complete assemblies within specified tolerances and time.
+ Use hand and power tools for mechanical and electrical assembly.
+ Operate electrical/electronic equipment like multimeters and soldering irons.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly drawings.
+ Install components such as switches, coils, transformers, relays, transistors, and semiconductor circuits.
+ Route and attach or solder wires and connectors to form circuitry.
+ Connect assembly to power supply sources, switch panels, or junction boxes.
+ Examine parts for defects and take corrective action as needed.
+ Test units to locate defects, measure performance, and verify specified operations.
+ Calibrate units according to specifications.
+ Complete and scan work orders accurately for each job.
+ Maintain a state of alertness and work safely.
+ Function as a team member with respect and dignity for all.

+ Report for work on time and ready to perform.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in machine operation and production.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
+ Proficiency in using power tools and electrical equipment.
+ Strong mechanical and electrical history.
+ Attention to detail to produce quality equipment with no defects.
+ Organizational and prioritizing skills to meet deadlines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, and aerial lifts.
+ Experience in circuit board and panel building.
+ Skill in testing circuits and fabricated parts.

Work Environment
You will work in a manufacturing facility where safety is a top priority. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, steel/composite toe shoes, and appropriate protection for hands, respiratory, and hearing in designated areas. Compliance with safety and environmental guidelines is mandatory to ensure a secure and clean work area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lynn Haven, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.86/hr.
