    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Membership Representative to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This is a onsite position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, efficient, and maintain high standards of accuracy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and input data quickly and accurately to meet organizational standards.

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective members.

    • Address and resolve member inquiries in a thorough and timely manner.

    • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for member documentation.

    • Communicate effectively via email and phone.

    • Perform routine administrative tasks, including copying and document handling.

    • Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create and manage documents and reports.

    • Ensure all member information is handled with confidentiality and care

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1+ years of office/customer service experience.

    • Prior experience working for a nonprofit association is a big plus

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Experience in customer service and handling member inquiries.

    • Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls while maintaining quality service.

    • Familiarity with email communication and detail-oriented correspondence.

    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

    • Excellent organization, skills and follow-through.

    • Ability to pick up training fast and can work independently
