Job Title: Inventory Specialist
Job Description
As an Inventory Specialist, you will support the manufacturing, shipping, and repair teams by efficiently managing inventory. Your role involves receiving, maintaining, transacting, and delivering inventory, ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
+ Process inventory orders and perform regular cycle counts.
+ Utilize strong computer skills, including ERP and MS Office, to manage inventory tasks.
+ Manage material movement using visual tracking to ensure materials are available when needed.
+ Forklift operating is needed.
+ Support manufacturing operations by replenishing parts as required.
+ Conduct root cause analysis and determine countermeasures for simple inventory issues.
Essential Skills
+ At least 2 years of strong inventory experience, ideally within a manufacturing company.
+ Proficiency in operating a forklift.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
+ Proficiency in SAP and cycle counts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Manufacturing background is a plus.
+ Experience in a climate-controlled environment.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled environment with a shift from 10am to 6pm, including availability for Saturdays as needed.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
