    Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a Contract-to-permanent position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and resolving customer concerns effectively.     Responsibilities:

    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively.

    • Deliver detailed information about products and services while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.

    • Handle sensitive information, including billing and credit card details, with the utmost confidentiality.

    • Manage high volumes of customer interactions and meet established service level expectations.

    • Resolve challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

    • Organize tasks efficiently and multitask to maintain productivity in a dynamic environment.

    • Communicate clearly and accurately, demonstrating strong grammar and spelling skills in all interactions.

    • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

    • Adapt to changes in schedules and workflows as needed to meet customer and business demands. Requirements • Proficiency with basic technical functions, such as navigating file systems and using multiple browser tabs.

    • Strong typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Previous experience in a customer service role, demonstrating the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information.
