Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of invoices and expenses, primarily focused on U.S. transactions. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounts payable, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 30 complex invoices daily with precision and timeliness.

• Review and verify invoice details to ensure accuracy before entry.

• Apply appropriate coding to invoices and expenses in compliance with company policies.

• Manage data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Utilize Oracle software to enter, track, and process invoices.

• Prepare and reconcile expense reports as needed.

• Address and resolve discrepancies in invoice and payment processing.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless accounts payable operations.

• Assist with check processing and related accounting functions.

• Maintain organized records and documentation for auditing purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

• Proficiency in using accounting software systems, particularly Oracle.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and data analysis.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.

• Familiarity with coding invoices and managing expense reports.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and functions.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of invoices.
