A luxurious and fast-growing MedSpa and Wellness Center in Carlsbad is looking for an energetic Front Desk Associate to join their vibrant team. This isn’t your average front desk role — you’ll be the first warm smile that clients see when they arrive and the last friendly face they remember when they leave. You’ll play a key role in creating a calming, five-star client experience that blends hospitality and professionalism.

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Welcome guests warmly, ensuring every client feels valued and comfortable.

    + Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and manage provider calendars.

    + Handle payments, gift cards, and membership transactions accurately.

    + Maintain a polished and organized reception area that reflects our brand’s atmosphere.

    + Assist with product recommendations and promote ongoing promotions or loyalty programs.

    + Support providers and management with administrative and customer care needs.

    + Ensure privacy and confidentiality in accordance with company policies.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience (spa/medical setting a plus).

    + Professional appearance and demeanor.

    + Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

    + Strong computer skills and comfort with scheduling or CRM systems.

    + Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
