Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Process orders and ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system.
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Maintain a strong understanding of fire safety products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for future reference.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction goals.
• Provide proactive support by identifying potential customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to deliver accurate information. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and care.
• Familiarity with order entry processes and maintaining accurate customer records.
• Knowledge of fire safety products or the ability to quickly learn technical information.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
