Role Summary/Purpose:
As the Stamford Hub Workplace Receptionist, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience to employees, clients, and guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and care. In this role, you'll also partner closely with the Stamford Hub Team to support daily operations, communications, and workplace coordination to help foster a connected and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ **Front Desk Operations:**
+ Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with the utmost professionalism and warmth.
+ Focus on delivering an elevated hospitality experience by providing a genuine, authentic yet professional interaction with everyone.
+ Support Security in issuing employee badges and visitor passes. Ensure that all guests sign in and are aware of visitor protocols.
+ Acknowledge inquires from visitors, clients, and employees. Provide solutions in a professional, timely, and customer-service driven manner.
+ Proactive in nature. Anticipates the needs of our visitors, clients, and employees and offers solutions or support as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
+ **Phone & Email Management:**
+ Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner. Direct calls as appropriate.
+ Actively monitor Stamford Hub mailboxes, ensuring all emails are responded to and actioned on in a timely manner.
+ **Stamford Hub Support & Workplace Coordination:**
+ Provide general administrative support for Stamford Hub Team (Facilities, Mailroom, Events Team, etc.) as needed.
+ Coordinate with Facilities Team to ensure supplies, equipment, and refreshments are well-stocked.
+ Will be knowledgeable of the building and workplace to assist in questions relative to these areas.
+ Support with updating playbooks, guides, and wayfinding documents for the Stamford Hub.
+ Manage Stamford Hub calendar and partners with key teams for updates.
+ Manage and support with any requests for the desk and conference room booking platform and ensure all changes in seating assignments are accurate.
+ Coordinate with vendors who supply services or goods to the workplace; manages registration, as needed.
+ **Collaboration:**
+ Serve as the first point of contact between departments, clients, and external visitors.
+ Partner with event team to support with on-site events and activations, as needed.
+ Communicate daily with Executive Assistants and key Stamford Hub stakeholders.
+ **Security & Compliance:**
+ Uphold confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive information.
+ Follow property specific security and emergency procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ **Experience:** 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk associate or office manager, ideally in a corporate/professional environment. Experience at a Fortune 200 company, high end hospitality or high end corporation/residency HIGHLY preferred.
+ **Technical Proficiency:** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with office technology (multi-line phone systems, video conferencing tools, etc.).
+ **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to address issues calmly and resolve matters efficiently.
+ **Organization:** Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ **Interpersonal Skills:** Warm, approachable, and customer-focused, with the ability to build positive relationships across a diverse range of individuals.

Grade/Level: 07
The hourly rate range for this position is **$24.50 - $34.00/hr** USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience or skill level.
Eligibility Requirements:
+ You must be 18 years or older
+ You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
+ You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
+ New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance expectations).
