    About the Role

     

    Join a dynamic team in a **food manufacturing environment** where quality, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in executing production schedules and maintaining high standards in product quality and food safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Execute daily production schedules to meet customer demand.

    + Package products accurately and efficiently.

    + Follow allergen control guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification.

    + Perform audits and take corrective actions as needed.

    + Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions in packing and production areas.

    + Maintain safe working conditions and follow safety protocols.

    + Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery.

    + Handle ingredients for staging, measuring, and mixing.

    + Complete required paperwork to company standards.

    + Perform wash area duties and clean utensils/machines.

    + Disassemble and set up machines for cleaning.

    What You Bring

    + 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing (preferred).

    + Machine operation and basic HMI experience (preferred).

    + Knowledge of sanitation chemicals and lockout/tagout procedures.

    + Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

    + Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

    + Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Work Environment

    + Climate-controlled, FDA-regulated facility specializing in cookies and bars.

    + Loud machinery in operation; frequent walking and standing required.

    + Strict safety attire: hair nets, beard nets, fitted clothing.

    + **Note:** Shorts, piercings, nail polish, eyelashes, colognes, and perfumes are not permitted on the production floor.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
