Night Shift Construction Laborers Needed - 70+ HRS/Week - $25/HR

6PM - 6AM, Mon-Saturday, optional overtime on Sundays

You and your team will be responsible for construction cleanup within a 100k sqft area of the Panasonic building in De Soto, KS. You will be primarily pushing a broom/operating a sweeper scrubber/picking up trash/wiping down materials. This is not a glamorous job - if you expect to perform a trade while performing this job, this isn't for you.

Responsibilities

+ Clean and sanitize all surfaces in a cleanroom environment, including walls, floors, and windows.

+ Maintain cleanliness and order while adhering to strict cleanroom protocols and procedures.

+ Complete the cleaning of two rooms per week within a 5 million square feet job site.

+ Adhere to gowning requirements, including wearing a gown and booties.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of recent, relevant experience in industrial janitorial services.

+ Proficiency in cleanroom cleaning and sanitation procedures.

+ Ability to walk 15,000 steps and climb 10 flights of stairs daily.

+ Capability to wear cleanroom attire and perform housekeeping tasks effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hazmat protocols.

+ Familiarity with using state-of-the-art cleaning equipment.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, indoor cleanroom setting, requiring the wearing of gowns and booties. The role involves wiping down floors and manufacturing equipment, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
