Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with strong accounting skills and deep knowledge of manufacturing finance to join our team. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, drives operational efficiency, and provides strategic support aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion.

+ Prepare financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

+ Perform variance analyses to monitor manufacturing overhead, labor costs, and other key metrics.

+ Manage cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and standard costing.

+ Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

+ Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to provide insight into cost performance.

+ Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and project-based financial analyses.

+ Oversee fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

Requirements

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

+ 5+ years of proven accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or a similar industry.

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting standards.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems is a plus.

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.

+ Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to recognize and solve complex problems.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise across multiple departments effectively.
