**Shift:** Monday–Saturday (Mandatory Saturdays if scheduled)

We're looking for a **Machine Operator** who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to grow their career in food manufacturing. What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator in our bakery department, you’ll be at the heart of our pizza-making process. You’ll:

+ Operate and switch between mixers, fillers, grinders, and baggers with precision and care.

+ Mix cauliflower and other ingredients to create our signature dough.

+ Monitor and adjust machine settings like speed, temperature, and weight to ensure top-quality output.

+ Read batch tickets and measure ingredients with accuracy.

+ Oversee dough flow through mixing, filling, cutting, pressing, heating, and freezing stages.

+ Perform basic equipment repairs and sanitation tasks.

+ Conduct quality checks and visual inspections.

+ Lift up to 50 lbs and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.

What You Bring

+ Experience in a **GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)** environment.

+ Familiarity with mixers, fillers, baggers, wrappers, cartoners, and other production equipment.

+ Ability to troubleshoot, clear jams, and make machine adjustments.

+ Bilingual skills are a plus!

Work Environment

+ Toppings area: Cooler temps (40–45°F)

+ Bakery side: Warmer environment

+ PPE required: Safety shoes, smocks, hair/beard nets, hearing protection, hard hats, safety glasses, and non-slip shoes

+ Tasks include packing, stacking, sweeping, lifting, and loading ingredients

+ Flexibility to work in other departments as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
