    Job Title: Welder - Swing Shift

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will fabricate stainless steel equipment used in food processing by expertly reading blueprints and welding assemblies with precision and care.

    Responsibilities

    + Weld and assemble stainless steel parts using MIG, TIG, and TIP/TIG techniques.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.

    + Use fixtures, templates, and guides to ensure precise fabrication.

    + Operate gas torches, plasma cutters, overhead cranes, and pneumatic tools safely.

    + Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in assembly and electrical assembly.

    + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

    + Experience with hand tools and power tools.

    + Competency in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in all forms of GMAW welding is a bonus.

    + Confidence with both imperial and metric measurements.

    + Ability to work independently and contribute to team success.

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43000.00/yr.
